These Terms and Conditions Is a Complement to the Any Other Terms for Shipping With Alexco Shipping and Delivery (Alexco ALC).
If You Plan to Ship Motorbikes, Tricycles, Okada, Aboboyaa, Pragia, or Similar Vehicles From China to Ghana, Please Carefully Read and Follow the Instructions, Terms, and Conditions Below, in Addition to Our General Shipping Terms and Conditions.
These Guidelines Are Very Important to Ensure Smooth Processing, Safe Shipment, Proper Clearance, and Successful Registration in Ghana.
✅ 1. Purchase of Motorbike/tricycle
Clients Are Not Permitted to Send Independently Purchased Motorbikes or Tricycles to Our Warehouse in China.
Alexco ALC Will Purchase Motorbikes and Tricycles on Behalf of Clients.
How It Works
- Clients Select Their Preferred Motorbike or Tricycle From the Catalog Provided by Alexco ALC.
- Alexco ALC Consolidates Orders From Multiple Clients.
- We Then Purchase the Vehicles in Bulk From Approved Factories, Suppliers, or Dealers Who Can Provide All Required Documentation for Export, Shipping, Customs Clearance, and Registration Purposes.
Exception
Clients May Only Send Their Own Motorbikes or Tricycles to Our Warehouse If:
- The Quantity Is Sufficient to Fill an Entire Container; And
- All Required Documents and Details Are Provided.
Any Motorbike or Tricycle That Does Not Meet These Requirements May Be Rejected by Alexco ALC.
📦 2. Packaging Options
For Clients Who Choose to Send Your Own Acquired Motorbikes/tricycles to Our Warehouse, Note That You Can Send Your Motorbikes/tricycles in Any of These Forms:
🔧 A. Disassembled and Packed in Boxes
You May Instruct Your Supplier to Dismantle the Motorbike or Tricycle and Pack It Securely Into Boxes Before Sending It to Our Warehouse in China.
✅ Benefit:
This Option May Help to Reduce Shipping Cost.
🏍️ B. Fully Assembled
You May Also Choose to Ship the Item in Its Fully Assembled Form.
🏷️ 3. Labeling Instructions
Your Supplier Must Clearly Label Each Box or Package With the Following Details:
- Your Shipping Mark Starting With ALCMOTORS And Your Unique Client ID Number.
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number

Incorrect or Missing Labeling May Result In:
- Delays in Identification
- Package Mix-up
- Processing Problems

Kindly Request the Following Documents and Details From Your Motorbike/tricycle Supplier and Forward Them to Alexco ALC:

1. Export License or Permit (Note: Extremely Important Document)
2. Chassis Number or VIN
3. Brand
4. Model
5. Year of Manufacture
6. Fuel Type
7. MSDS Report
8. Un38.3 Battery Report
9. Transport Hazard Assessment Certificate
10. Pictures/images: – of the Motorbike/tricycle
11. Condition
12. Corresponding Waybill Number or Form Number
Note the Following in Addition:
1. Electric Motorbikes/tricycles Are the Ones That “chargeable” With “electricity”, and Does Not Use “petrol” as Its Fuel.
2. Please, Don’t Ever Direct Us to Go and Look for Those Details Ourselves.
3. Remember That We Cannot Ship Your Motorbike/tricycle/aboboyaa/pragia If You Don’t Provide These Documents and Details.
4. These Documents Are Necessary to Meet Customs Requirements Both in China and Ghana, and to Help Secure the Proper Paperwork Needed for DVLA Registration in Ghana.
💰 5. Payment Terms
For Motorbikes and Similar Vehicles, Clients Must Pay:
- 100% of the Provisional Shipping Fee Before the Shipment Leaves China
- Any Remaining Balance When the Goods Arrive at the Port in Ghana And the Assessment Is Done

Failure to Meet This Payment Condition May Affect Shipment Processing and Release.
🚨 6. Important Warning
Failure to Follow These Instructions May Result In:
- Delays in Processing
- Difficulty in Clearing the Item
- Inability to Register the Vehicle at DVLA in Ghana
- Extra Costs or Complications
Clients Are Therefore Strongly Advised to Take This Notice Seriously and Comply Fully With All Requirements.

Before Sending Any Motorbike, Okada, Aboboyaa, Pragia, Tricycle, or Similar Vehicle, Kindly Make Sure:
- The Export License/permit Document Is Attached
- The Item Is Properly Packaged
- The Goods Are Correctly Labeled
- All Required Documents, Details and Information Are Ready
- The Required Advance Payment Is Made
