These Guidelines Are Very Important to Ensure Smooth Processing, Safe Shipment, Proper Clearance, and Successful Registration in Ghana.
✅ 1. Legal Brand Ownership
Clients Are Strictly Advised Not to Send Legally Protected or Restricted Brands Belonging to Other Persons or Organizations to Our Warehouse in China.

Such Items Will Not Be Shipped by Alexco Shipping ALC.
Please Note That Alexco Shipping Will Not Be Responsible For:

- Return Costs
- Any Amount Paid to Suppliers or Agents in China

📦 2. Packaging Options
You May Choose Either of the Following Shipping Options:

You May Instruct Your Supplier to Dismantle the Motorbike or Tricycle and Pack It Securely Into Boxes Before Sending It to Our Warehouse in China.

This Option May Help to Reduce Shipping Cost.

You May Also Choose to Ship the Item in Its Fully Assembled Form.
🏷️ 3. Labeling Instructions
Your Supplier Must Clearly Label Each Box or Package With the Following Details:
- Your Shipping Mark Starting With ALC4164
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number
⚠ Important
Incorrect or Missing Labeling May Result In:
- Delays in Identification
- Package Mix-up
- Processing Problems
📄 4. Required Documentation
To Ship Motorbikes, Tricycles, Aboboyaa, Pragia, or Similar Vehicles, You Must Provide the Following:
- Supplier’s Invoice
- Chassis Number
- Any Other Relevant Details or Documents Requested by Alexco
These Documents Are Important to Help Secure the Proper Paperwork Needed for DVLA Registration in Ghana.
💰 5. Payment Terms
For Motorbikes and Similar Vehicles, Clients Must Pay:
- At Least 80% of the Shipping Fee Before the Shipment Leaves China
- The Remaining Balance When the Goods Arrive at the Port in Ghana

Failure to Meet This Payment Condition May Affect Shipment Processing and Release.

Failure to Follow These Instructions May Result In:
- Delays in Processing
- Difficulty in Clearing the Item
- Inability to Register the Vehicle at DVLA in Ghana
- Extra Costs or Complications
